Work,
Deeply.
Come work deeply,
on what matters deeply,
with people who care deeply.
A fully hosted deep work retreat
The first one took place in October 2026. The next one is taking shape.
BeginThe Invitation
This is for the work that’s been waiting.
Imagine a stretch of days where one thing is the only thing on your to-do list. Meals appear when you’re hungry. Around you, a small group of thoughtful people are absorbed in work of their own.
Working deeply means different things to different people. To us, it means you have a Thing: the thing the rest of your life prevents you from getting to, and that matters enough to make dedicated time for. A manuscript, a strategy, a consequential choice, a body of work, and your next chapter all belong here.
We take care of everything else so you can take care of the thing you came to do. In return, everyone who joins makes One Big Commitment: outside work stays outside. (We also have a firm No As*holes policy.)
In Their Words
“The Deep End Retreat exceeded my expectations in every way. It allowed me to fully dive ‘into the deep end’ of my Thing, while also offering the beautiful elements that recharge us back to whole human being-ness.”
“This retreat has paid for itself over and over and over again.”
“I left with insights, clarity, and significant progress on my Thing, along with a welling of gratitude for this experience. The momentum and inspiration have followed me home, and I’m finding the focused productivity is continuing.”
“Every element of this experience is worth the price of admission on its own. The sauna? Worth the price of admission. The coaching sessions? Worth the price of admission.”
“I wrote three years of content in one day.”
“I came home so clear. I woke up this morning, knew exactly what I needed to do, and then just got it done, and super quickly. I’d been swirling in indecisiveness and nothing felt clear or obvious but now I have a path and suddenly it’s straightforward.”
“I got everything I needed and everything I didn’t know I needed.”
“[The Deep End] was, truly, transformative for me, and I don’t use that word lightly! I highly recommend whatever comes next from this project.”
Your Hosts
Hi, we’re Jenn and Anna.
We met in 2012 working on The Self Care Project, a response to watching people in our communities care deeply about everything except themselves. We’ve since learned the bigger, truer thing: you cannot self-care your way out of an environment built to fracture your attention and burn you out.
So now we’re asking a new question: what conditions enable human thriving? The Deep End is our answer. (Or at least one of them.)

The Next Deep End
Bring the work that has been waiting.
By the last morning of the first Deep End, the people in the room were already planning the next one for us. Join the list and you’ll hear about the dates, the place, and the tuition as soon as we know them.
